"My many excuses were that I got into an accident on the way to their house and let them know immediately. At first they were very nice and understanding. They told me it was no problem and to take as much time as I needed to recover. As it turned out, I ended up needing to have surgery because of the injury I received from the accident and am still recovering. Out of all my customers, they were the only ones that decided they could not wait any longer and decided to leave a bad review. Their system never went down and was working/running the whole time. It only needed a small rubber tube on their pressure gauge to be moved a tiny bit so."
"Not true at all. I wish there was a way that we contractors could rate our customers just like Uber does. Every single one of my customers would have excellent reviews from me except for this one. I spent over a year adjusting the system that was working perfectly for radon mitigation because Marc wanted it to also 100% fix his humidity issue. After many visits and a year of tweaking his system for humidity, which I never guaranteed it would do and not charging him for the non-radon-related problem, he was then not happy that the radon level got slightly above 2.0 PCI/L. I then offered to replace the unit with a brand new one, to which he agreed."
