"JR was very communicative at all times, he was always honest in his assessment of what needed to be done and gave me an estimate when i asked for one. JR gave me dates on when he could start the job if given the opportunity to do the work. He sent me his proposal the night we met. When we agreed on his company to do the extensive demo and clean up he contacted me the very next day to tell me a dumpster would be delivered on Saturday morning and he would start the job on Monday. Both happened as promised. JR had 8 men show up at 9:00am and they remained until after 9:00pm in order to finish so my wife would have the heat back on, The entire crew was professional and courteous. The extensive clean up and demo of the basement that was filled with mold was exceptional .
