very quick process much less involved than I imagined. Mold testing done then a few days later, solution applied everywhere downstairs. after process completed, company came back and did another test for mold.

We have worked with a lot of contractors for work on our house and no one has been better at delivering what they say they will. Our home has been tested and is now clear. Jake Turner was a pleasure to work with and always on top of things during this process.

Jon was incredible. He inspected the entire house, from attic to basement, for moisture with a special instrument that allowed him to detect what was behind the walls. He found that the basement was just above the maximum acceptable dampness - and that there was mold on the wood paneling, the kind of mold that makes you sick. He explained that the mold in the basement could easily travel to my bedroom located on my second floor. He said that this was a job I could handle myself, and told me exactly what to do. He would not accept a fee for this consultation.

Jon was prompt, equipped, professional every time we interacted with him. He did a free inspection of the place to let us know what was going on. He gave us a very reasonable quote so we moved forward with his services. He and his team did a fantastic job!

Jon and his crew worked efficiently and quickly to get rid of the mold in our attic, identifying the problem and the source of moisture. Our attic is mold-free now and you'd never know we had it to begin with. They also performed follow-up checks to make sure there were no living mold spores after the work was done. We are very happy with the quality of work done and the level of professionalism by the entire team and should we ever need work of this nature done again we'll definitely hire them.

In the end no mold or mildew was found and we were assured that no remediation would be necessary. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend Indoor Environmental to anyone looking for this kind of service.

Jason was fantastic about getting in to do an inspection with really short notice, and performed a thorough inspection with a detailed explanation of his findings while also teaching us what to watch for to avoid any future mold problems. Indoor Environmental is extremely professional and great to work with and are incredibly knowledgeable.

It involves very little disruption in your household, so it was really good.  They handled what could have been a very distressing situation for me in a very calm, matter of fact way.  Part of it was their representatives were very good and their process was very thorough.

Jason was fantastic.  He returned my call right away.  Came on time.  Was super pleasant.  He checked out my basement where I thought we had a mold or mildew problem.  But he explained that it was neither of those things just some naturally occurring staining on the concrete from minerals in the soil.  He looked all around, suggested I move the downspouts a little bit further from the house as water was probably pooling a bit outside causing the inside staining.  He even brought a treat for my dog.  There was no charge for the visit.  I would use them again in a heartbeat!  So nice to encounter such honest and pleasant professionals!

Jason had come out to do the inspection and then again with another gentleman to do the remediation. Jason was able to schedule the appointment within days for the remediation. They estimated 2.5 hours and they were done just before that time frame. They were quick, efficient, cleaned up after themselves and very friendly. attic looks great! I would use them again!
