"From the start of the project of the response, time of less than 15 minutes of receiving a phone call, The tech, Steve Unger, was here within a few hours and was able to get my AC unit temporarily running to get me through the week until we could schedule a replacement. It was much more cost-effective and seems to be doing a tremendous job at cooling my very tough A-frame situation at my condo. Chris and Jake were the install personnel that worked very efficiently and had the unit up and running within five hours. They also were very personable and took tremendous care of my needs. "Gil, RAF and Luis installed a new Lenox furnace/AC in my condo yesterday. They were here on time, worked quickly and were done earlier than I expected. All my interactions with them were informative and friendly and at the conclusion of the installation they took the time to show me, and explain to me what they had done. The new thermostat is a bit of a challenge, but they got me started in the setup process so that I could complete it. Before they left they thoroughly cleaned the areas they had worked in and traveled through. You will be very fortunate if you get this crew to install your new furnace."

"I called Nick, on a hunch from wife, and he showed up as planned, and even offered to do the work right then. I bought a faucet for him to install, but it wasnâ  t the right size, but Nick had one on his truck that looked good and he installed it right then. We had another problem with the faucet in the kitchen, that was leaking, and I purchased some time ago from Home Depot, he couldnâ  t repair it do to some inferior parts on that faucet, so I purchased another faucet from Nick, and had that installed, as well. Job was completed and he takes pride in his work, cleaned up and went on his way! "I couldn't recommend these guys more. We had a 21-year old boiler replaced and upgraded, and a new hot water tank installed. I can't think of a single way they could have improved the whole process. From start to finish, they were knowledgeable, on time, clean, considerate, extremely professional and they did exactly what they said they would. The also installed a temporary hot water tank and left electric space heaters on the one night the burner was out of service.
