All my interactions with them were informative and friendly and at the conclusion of the installation they took the time to show me, and explain to me what they had done. The new thermostat is a bit of a challenge, but they got me started in the setup process so that I could complete it. "I called Nick, on a hunch from wife, and he showed up as planned, and even offered to do the work right then. I bought a faucet for him to install, but it wasnâ  t the right size, but Nick had one on his truck that looked good and he installed it right then. We had another problem with the faucet in the kitchen, that was leaking, and I purchased some time ago from Home Depot, he couldnâ  t repair it do to some inferior parts on that faucet, so I purchased another faucet from Nick, and had that installed, as well. Job was completed and he takes pride in his work, cleaned up and went on his way! Now thatâ  s how a job should be done, on time, neat, and professional from beginning to end, Would recommend him to anyone. Thatâ  s my new plumber , For Sure !"

"These guys were extremely fast to respond , visit the site and generate a quote and all in a matter of a few hours from the time I inquired on Home Advisor. Their price was very reasonable but they presented only one type of a High efficiency boiler install option for a wall hung unit to replace my old low efficiency floor unit. I was not thrilled with the ideal of hanging a new furnace on my cinder block chimney so I decided to wait and get more quotes from others. However I went with a different contractor which charged a bit more but offered a floor unit ."

"I hired them to remove and install an Armstrong heating and A/C system in my son's house. Tim came out and gave me a quote along with a great education about forced hot air heating and A/C systems. Shane and Marty showed up every day for a week to remove the old ducting and install new ducts and the system. Shane is very knowledgeable on the systems and his customer rapport is outstanding. I had many questions during the installation and he always took the time to answer me completely. We had a couple variations during the install and he was accommodating as well as making sure the changes would not adversely affect the system.
