Timely done and great service

Great work.

When they explained what they wanted to do and what it was going to cost for the replacement parts that could get while to get I asked them to leave. I had the paperwork from original purchase so called the company immediately. They sent me parts I knew I needed free of charge. I received parts in 2 days. I bought a seating tool and did the repair myself. I feel they tried to take advantage of me as I was a women.

My water heater started leaking on the weekend. They replaced the water heater in time to get hot water for those who needed to shower and get to work on Monday morning.

My wife and I recently had our furnace replaced by Rodenhiser Home Services. The initial problem was the igniter on our 22 year old system failed. We called Rodenhiser on Saturday morning, November 14, and although we were not a current customer, they stated they would schedule a technician to come to our home on an emergency basis. The technician was onsite within the hour and confirmed a failed igniter. Since we were going to replace the system anyway due to the AC condenser having failed the year prior, we asked to speak with Rick Picard, the HVAC Specialist. Rick discussed with my wife and I our options and worked with us to get the product we wanted installed as quickly as possible. Rick was extremely helpful throughout the process of describing which systems were available, and assisting with the securing of the MassSave Heat Loan Program. On the day of installation, we were greeted by Tyler Durran (Lead Installation Tech), and Matt (Apprentice Installation Tech). Both fine young men who were polite, courteous, and conscientious of their work. Both Tyler and Matt were professional and exhibited a solid work ethic and displayed genuine pride in their work. We were also greeted by Tim (Lead Electrician) and Alex (Apprentice Electrician) who were to handle the rewiring of our new furnace. Upon inspection of the Service Panel, they found the source connection from our electrical provider to be loose within the service panel and not making proper contact. It was a fire hazard and we were fortunate that the problem was identified. A call was placed to their manager, David Cassidy, who arrived and advised us of our options. We chose to have the entire service panel replaced, and David did an excellent job of dressing the cables and providing a neat service panel. He also took the time to use the current circuit breaker mapping we had to rewire the new breakers. All Rodenhiser personnel were professional and conscientious of their work. We would recommend Rodenhiser to those in need of the services they provide

Excellent experience! I contacted Rodenhiser because I liked what I read and heard about them. I had two electrical sockets that needed to be replaced. I mentioned a couple of other things that I was considering having done. They took the time to listen and explain options without any pressure. Remi and Wes are experienced, knowledgeable, considerate and patient. Highly recommended!

Rodenhisor did an excellent job fixing my broken furnace. Mike R, Nick R, Adam S provided exceptional high quality service (very nice guys). I initially called another HVAC company that came in but there were too many red flags during the discussion. So, I called Rodenhisor for a second opinion. Rodenhiser were on target with what I needed (immediate and long term), provided high quality service (ie on time, within budget, excellent work, cleaned up after repair and even wore booties to protect my beige carpet). I especially liked being able to make special requests such as a customized configuration that allowed for more storage space and done with a good sense for the aesthetics (ie they made it pretty with regards to the wiring, piping, ducting and outlet switch location, etc). They also noticed that it was a struggle for me to open the sliding door to the filter (which gets stuck) so they added an easy to open spring-loaded door just for me. Lastly, it is good to have a large company staff for customers to access for urgent 24/7 calls (minimizing long waits) regarding heating, AC, plumbing, electrical, renovations, etc. It is like a convenient one-stop shopping service that I can keep going to whenever I need something done.

Customer service was great and I'm happy with the work they did on my Furnace.

We selected Rodenheiser to install a 5 head Mitsubishi air/heat/fan system. The crew was nothing short of amazing. Dylan the crew leader was knowledgeable, respectful, thorough, and terrific. You can actually feel and see the teamwork as the job progressed. The installed carpets at the front door to clean boots, all wore masks and distanced, cleaned up after themselves, and more! We could not be happier with the install team. Also had a great experience with Ross who came out, specd the system, managed the quote, and oversaw all details. Amazing. These guys are PROS! The difference in how they approached the system design and had all the details worked out; made the other folks we talked to look like beginners. These guys have dedicated teams that install MITS and are the largest (and best I think) in that business. If you are thinking about doing a MITS Splits system, talk to Rodenheiser. btw: our house is an old house and MITS fit in great!

I contacted them about the installation of a heat pump and central AC. They were professional but not at all transparent about what was included in the estimate. Upon follows up there was no inclination to show a full bill of materials with specific parts and labor charges broken down. The price was at least two to 2.5 times higher than competitive quotes. They claim to be a very large local dealer but their volume or scale was not to be seen in their price. I haev heard good things about them about their service and their AC service plan price was very competitive. I will hire them for a service job but not for a major install
