"From the start of the project of the response, time of less than 15 minutes of receiving a phone call, The tech, Steve Unger, was here within a few hours and was able to get my AC unit temporarily running to get me through the week until we could schedule a replacement. It was much more cost-effective and seems to be doing a tremendous job at cooling my very tough A-frame situation at my condo. Chris and Jake were the install personnel that worked very efficiently and had the unit up and running within five hours. They also were very personable and took tremendous care of my needs. Lastly, I had a follow up the day after it was installed with Jesse who did a fabulous job inspecting and making sure the unit was running efficiently and properly as well as his knowledge of showing me proper thermostat settings. "I called Nick, on a hunch from wife, and he showed up as planned, and even offered to do the work right then. I bought a faucet for him to install, but it wasnâ  t the right size, but Nick had one on his truck that looked good and he installed it right then. We had another problem with the faucet in the kitchen, that was leaking, and I purchased some time ago from Home Depot, he couldnâ  t repair it do to some inferior parts on that faucet, so I purchased another faucet from Nick, and had that installed, as well. Job was completed and he takes pride in his work, cleaned up and went on his way! Now thatâ  s how a job should be done, on time, neat, and professional from beginning to end, Would recommend him to anyone. Thatâ  s my new plumber , For Sure !"

When I called Rodenhiser, they were able to send someone the next day. While they were not able to completely fix the problem right away - a part was needed - they were able to restore heat while we waited for the part. They came back in a few days and repaired the boiler zone controller."
