The second project was for my rental property and involved an insurance claim to repair the facade of the house. That work included installing stone veneers on the front of my home, constructing a new deck with a roof, building a stone wall with fencing, and completing a blacktop driveway. During that week, I tried to contact him by text, phone, and email concerning his request to leave materials in my garage before he began work, but received no reply. I repeated these contact attempts to inquire about his arrival time the day before and the day of his promised arrival. He never responded and he never arrived.
