Once he tested the system it was clear that the pump and tank needed to be replaced. He changed the pump that day (Monday) and said he would return at 9:30 on Wednesday to replace the tank. He arrived right on time, replaced the tank, gave me a complete explanation of what had been done and the warranties on the pump, tank, and labor. The only thing I might suggest is that he should discuss the estimated cost of the project prior to doing the work and give a more detailed breakdown on parts and labor. Overall I'm very happy with his work and have no hesitation in recommending him and his company."

They stayed for a week in the middle of September, and stopped coming, leaving a vanity in one bathroom, and a shower door in another bathroom completely uninstalled. They told me that it would cost $150 to have them come back to finish installation, even though contract was for them to complete the work. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "
