Their plumbing tech Roger Bailey is excellent. He really knows his stuff, has tons of integrity, and will go out of his way to make you happy. His tendency to want to do things right often leads to him wanting to do the most expensive thing, but it really is an impulse to quality rather than something more savory, and you can definitely work with him on it. The company itself is fine; nothing special. But if you can get Roger, you should use them.

They are the closest plumbing to us in the woods.  Everything is functioning perfect since he fixed it. 

The sump pump was installed and connected to a pipe (that carried sump well water out of the basement) that was off center causing the pump's float to stick against the sump well's side. A radon mitigation dome (installed by another company) that covered the sump well may have also contributed to the pump's additional tilt toward the well's side.

The service manager at LePrevost did his best to get a technician to our home as quickly as possible. When the technician arrived the day after our phone call (and remember this was NOT an emergency) he was prompt, courteous, and thorough. He corrected one of what turned out to be two serious issues with the insert. When the unit continued to function improperly (due to a second issue that had been masked by the first), we contacted LePrevost the next day and once again a technician was dispatched promptly and courteously. With the first issue now resolved, the technician was able to diagnose and correct the second major issue, which was tied directly to a flawed original installation. Our unit now works perfectly - for the first time since we purchased it three years ago. LePrevost installed our home heating system more than seven years ago and it has worked flawlessly since then. We should have returned to LePrevost when we bought our fireplace insert. Now we know. Great work!

They were courteous and prompt, but I found them to be a bit pricey. I also had to hire another company to repair mistakes that they had made.

LePrevost has been very responsive to my emergency repairs. They respond quickly, have the right parts for the repair, are neat and professional. In fact I have used them when I was not even at the house without any qualms. They preventive maintenance program is also good.
