My guess is she manages more properties than she an handle.  Also, she doesn't seem very firm with the tenants and it seems like I've had to make concessions with them that I shouldn't be having to make. She also still hasn't deposited their security deposit even though they have been there for 2 months. She also didn't verify that their rent be deposited on time.  I hope things will go more smoothly as time goes on but I fear for something big coming up.
