"I contacted Chris to help widen one of my closet doorways to more appropriately accommodate a stackable washer/dryer. The closet was already housing a washer/dryer but the fit was very tight, and when the washer finally broke down after about 10 years, I decided to finally do something about the area. The closet was in quite a state of disrepair and had damaged linoleum on the floor as well as numerous dings, screw, and nail holes in the wall. Chris sent his brother Mike to fix the area up and widen the doorway. Now it's like a completely new area, it's beautiful. "We worked with G&P over during two separate phases of a yard renovation project upon moving into our home; phase 1 in the fall of 2021 and phase 2 in the spring of 2022. We had roughly 30 trees of various sizes removed, including heavy ground brush to create a back yard & expand the sides of our yard. They brought in a great deal tailings, fine fill, and loam to level out and grade the new yard space. There were half a dozen very large pines / oaks / maples in our front that were also removed, along with overgrown original landscaping. All around the perimeter of the house were overgrown shrubs as well that they removed. We had a small paver patio put in for a space for our grill. There were a few downspouts that we had where we didn't want the water runoff flowing into the yard / mulch beds around the house, so they installed a few drywells and piped directly from the downspout to the wells. G&P not only expand our yard but essentially "reset" it for us. It was a tremendous amount of work, they were always there early in the morning and worked tirelessly to the end of the day. When we had questions or wanted to go over details they would often come out in person that same day to discuss. Overall we're very pleased, the hydroseed is coming in nicely and in a few more weeks we should have a fresh new lawn to enjoy. I wouldn't hesitate with using G&P again, they're practically a one-stop shop for everything you'd need, highly recommend!"

"They were extremely responsive and professional. Someone was dispatched to my home within 24 hours. He accurately diagnosed the problem - that the condensate pump had failed and needed to be replaced. He offered to replace it immediately because he had the part on his truck. The price quote ranged from $1350-$2100 depending on length of warranty I preferred. This seemed extremely high because I had the part replaced once before 3-4 years ago by another company for approx $400. I mentioned that to the installer; he indicated that the price was the price and he was sorry he couldn’t lower it. I found the identical pump online for prices ranging from $35-$75! It looked like an easy swap, so instead of paying Rodenhiser, I ordered the part from Amazon, received it the next day. I have zero experience or training and was able to swap it and fix the problem in literally 10 minutes. I understand that service companies need to charge for labor and mark up parts costs, but a repair I could do in 10 mins for under $50 should not have carried a $1350+ price tag! This was very disappointing, and I will not use them again."
