"I called Marlon on a Tuesday night and told him it was going to be a tough job and would require a few people. He said no problem and showed up the next morning at 9:30 with 2 other guys and cleared everything in 1h20m and there was a 500lb cast iron tub, 7 radiators, a fridge that we needed to bring over the balcony, and a bunch of debris.
