"Over charged my father for a backwater valve repair gave him an invoice with no specific breakdown on the job that was done. Had to request for a breakdown invoice Charged him $4k for a 4 hour job that was not done properly as the basement re flooded again. Gave me a run around for 3 weeks to get a breakdown on the invoice. As you can see from the screenshot.poor work Watch out for these guys. They don’t get the job done and they overcharge. We had to also pay for their the permits they were suppose to already have. And also pay for the rental truck and fuel! Second image is from the basement re flooded again after work was done"

I accepted the quote and made repeated phone calls and text messages to the company in order to set up an appointment to remove the tree. I eventually receive a text message on 5/25/18 indicating that company would remove the tree the week of 5/28/2018. The company never showed or responded to my text messages. I was contacted by the company via text message on 6/4/18 indicating that they (Holland Tree and Landscaping) would remove the tree on 6/9/2018.
