"One of the worst HVAC companies out there. 1) They moved to comission basis so their techs are trying to maximixe the amount you have to spend for each service. The more they do the more they get paid. 2) They are the most expensive service companies out there. 3) There techs are hit or miss. Some or good some are bad. 4) When they did a A/C service for us they missed changing the a/c air filter which caused a motor to burn out and a lot of smoke. Enough we had to call the fire department 5) They charged $931 to replace an electical valve that cost no more than $200 part and one hour to install. 6) Several times after they installed a new tankless system for us they had to come back to fix becouse they installed it wrong. It took weeks to get it running right. They have since charged about 4 thousandto keep it running over 6 years. 7) I have had them come out to service our working heater in the middle of winter to leave us with no heat for three days. We have been more than patient with them. Using them for some 5 years. Been hard to find someone good but we have finally done that and I am so happy we did. We have found a really good HVAC company that cost literally 1/2 what Rodenhieser costs for the exact same thing, without all the price gouging and unpersonal service. For instance to replace a ignitor costs $550 with Rodenhiser and $245 with a smaller local company. I am so glad that we can finally say goodbye to Rodenhieser. Do yourself a favor dont ever call them."

"Paul was on time and got to work right away. He was very respectful of my home and put on boot covers as soon as he entered and placed a plastic protecter on the floor beneath where the fan was to be installed. Very neat and clean. While performing the installation, he informed me that the mounting bracket that was used for the original fan was only rated for a light fixture and showed me the difference between the screws used for the current bracket and the proper one. He quoted a price for the proper bracket and I gladly obliged. He also installed a new wall switch that controls both the fan and light kit wirelessly. The final results are perfect. Before he left, I asked him about replacing my noisy bathroom fan with something quiet and with a heater. Since a new line to a circuit breaker would have to be dropped, he checked out my electrical panel. He informed me that my current electrical panel was not up to code and who ever worked on the panel to add new breakers overloaded the panel (22 breakers in a 20 breaker panel). He was not pushy at all in having the panel upgraded to the proper size but did inform me of potential issues I could have in the future and that it is not up to code. I am extremely satisfied with the job Paul did and I plan on having Paul perform the other needed services I require. A+."

If this company charges such an exorbitant assessment fee, I could only believe they would inflate other fees as well. I hired another local company for half that fee to assess then repair my furnace. Shame on Heritage Home Service."

"Outstanding and hassle free from quote to completion. Their associates were on time and completed the installation in a shorter than expected time frame. Once they arrived at my home to start the process of adding the internal electrical panel and wiring, we felt very comfortable that each technician had facial masks and kept distance as a precaution. It was a great relief leaving the worry behind when their electrician completed the installation and tested the system. WOW, after they shut the power off,in the house, the generator kicked in after 35 seconds and powered all of our home. Each Saturday at Noon, the system automatically triggers the generator to start and perform a test and routine diagnosis of the unit and can add any needed updated from the cloud.. Originally, I had placed several calls to other local vendors and most did not even return my inquiry.. FM Generator promptly called me back to set up an appointment to discuss our energy needs for our home and sent me an estimate a few days later. Given this covid virus situation, I thought that I would never get a call back and a complete installation shortly there after.
