They sent a brand new kid that had no clue. He broke a valve and spent the rest of his time on the phone with the owner getting directions. He couldn't figure it out, so they sent someone else to perform the service and replace the valve they broke. Then they tried to bill me for everything for $339. I pointed out that I want responsible for costs associated with the valve they broke and admitted to breaking. Here's their response, "We’ll accept the amount of $88 (the hourly rate) + $54 for a total of $142. We feel this is a good time to discontinue services to your property. Patty"

The actual work done is Ok. But puntuality and responsiveness was poor

He has provided reliable service ever since. In addition to seasonal startups and shutdowns, he has replaced damaged heads, moved heads, added heads, and done it promptly and professionally. His staff really knows what they are doing.

One minor detail is the time that is takes to have an onsite visit due to the company being busy, which I see as a good thing. If a contractor isn't busy there is a reason for it. Well worth the wait.

Closed down sprinkler system and blew out water in all the pipes.

They were great. They did the work about 4 years ago, but he comes out twice a year for maintenance and updates. He comes when he says he's going to come. He's very easy to work with. I have been satisfied with the services he's provided. I even cut the line at one point by accident and he came out right away to fix it for a minimal charge. He's even done some other maintenance for me free of charge.

I have known the owner for many years and he is a man of integrity. I leave my house unlocked for him without any concern whenever he is scheduled to service my irrigation.

Sarasin is especially good at customer service, usually no more than a day’s delay between placing a call and arriving on site. Replaced controller at no charge after system was hit by lightning and destroyed the controller. Reasonable rates for service and maintenance, and does not prompt for unnecessary work.

Technician had to dig-up the lawn to find the breaks in the electrical and plumbing lines. It turned out that there were several breaks. He made sure that all the broken connections were located and repaired, before putting back the sod. He was working under intermittent rainy conditions. The job was not rushed and did not leave till the whole system was tested.

They have done an excellent job. They are always reliable, professional, and prompt.

Sarasin designed, quoted and installed a complete irrigation system during an extensive yard and lawn overhaul. Coordination with the other contractors was required and was handled very well. He provided additional advice regarding water use, our particular water flow situation, a separate meter- none of which would benefit him one way or the other . We took his advice with great results. He handled all activities including the coordination with the landscapers such that we did not need to intervene. The system was installed and demonstrated (and we were trained on its use) as promised and at the price quoted. We are extremely pleased with the experience which contrasts with poor experience with other home repair and re modeling work we have recently completed. We have continued to have Sarasin perform annual (and completely optional - no pressure from him) spring start-up and fall shut down tasks - which are performed efficiently and at reasonable cost.

Problem service call in July. I would hire them again.
