Quickly took us in an replaced a flat tire in an emergency. Price was higher than going to a larger chain, but worth it in the situation.

Ok fine-I mixed up the boxes I was supposed to write in. But I mean every word I wrote!
Work done on my car:
brakes replaced
tires replaced
inspections
oil changes
turn front and rear rotors
this is awful....but a piece inside one of the tires was leaking air and they replaced that for me
changed flat tires
towed my car when necessary
installed wipers
check tire pressure
check tire pressure light on
replace filters
balance tires
install battery
services have varied from $20.00-$900.00
I have no idea what and quot;home build yearand quot; means down below. If it means the year the company started the year I chose is a total guess.

My daughter was in a serious accident about 8 miles away from this company. She was taken to the hospital. Maillet was called to tow the car. Bear in mind, they are a AAA towing company. My daughter was on my AAA and they ignored it. They are like vultures circling a kill when someone is stranded in this area. (Greenville, New Ipswich). They were rude on the phone and would not let my daughter (on crutches) get her things from the car unless she paid $25.00.
Because they wouldn't recognize she had AAA and wanted more money. She had to sign ownership of the car over to them because she couldn't afford the towing bill that was mushrooming by the day.
They Should have honored the AAA membership and towed the car home. The didn't, so they could lock it up and make their own rules. I met another couple at the Maillet Garage who told me they broke down and AAA had them towed to this garage for repairs. When they went to get their car, the repairs cost 10 times the quote and they were told to pay the towing as well. They too were charged $50 a day while the car was there. AAA told them they had already paid for towing but Maillet wanted the money again.
I am also filing a full report with AAA when I finish here.
Don't let and quot;Billy Bob and Jimboand quot; get your car. When you call AAA. Request a different company.
Response from Maillet Auto
"First off, glad your daughter was ok. I would like to explain the difference between a police call and a AAA call. When the police call us, we have a very limited amount of time to respond to the scene. Usually that means 2 trucks are deployed which means 2 drivers have to stop every thing they are doing to respond. This usually also involves longer amounts of time on the scene. We have to clean up the debris and fluids that are on the ground and make sure the scene is as it was before the accident. With a AAA call, often it is a flat tire or disabled vehicle. We have a longer response time and the option to turn it down if we want. To drive up to a car and hook it on the back of the truck takes much less time then clean up at an accident. As far as storage, this is a common practice and you might find if you call other towing companies that our storage rate is even lower than many. Usually insurance would cover all these costs. AAA is not a substitute for insurance. We remain in good standing with AAA as they had no problem with what happened. We often offer our customers the option to sign over their vehicle if it is probably not repairable. Many find this to be a relief as they don't know what to do with it and do not have to funds to repair it. We live in a small town and try to do right by our neighbors. That is the only way to survive in a small town and we are sorry if you feel wronged."
