"I had paid for two hours of work. first got my porch outlet checked and working again...then tackled why my doorbell had suddenly stopped working. I live in an old bldng with 2 condos..  wires in basement were a mess,  some tests worked, some not..he called boss who came over and worked with him for several more hours, determined to figure it out.
