"Brendan and his team were great from start to finish. We had our fireplace repaired from a lean and re built from the roofline up. We also had our chimney re lined with a stainless liner and with a new cap installed. Throughout the process and estimate, Brendan explained the full scope of work and walked us through the different options available and what the costs, benefits and downfalls were with each of the paths forward. He did not only try to pitch us the highest cost option, he walked us through all of the available options and we explained thoroughly and with pictures what the work would be. During the work process, he was minimally invasive (I work from home) and always left the sight clean. Throughout the work, he would send us pictures of the progress and proactively gave us regular updates. At the end, we now have a safe fireplace we use multiple times per week and will definitely use and recommend Brendan and team for any future masonry and fireplace work."

He rebuilt and repointed my upper chimney, waterproofed it, and installed an amazing new wood burning fireplace, that we are loving! He came out to the house, estimated the job for free. His price was thousands less than the competitors (others charged $250 just to come out and estimate) Duran was professional, honest, clean, hardworking and affordable. The no pressure inspection Saturday morning (with my 2 year old son and 4 year old nephew basically over his shoulder) led to a cleaning for a very reasonable price and the fireplace far less smoke and manageable.
