I was called back by Customer Service (Tiffany) and given a new date that was only a day later than she called.... soooooooooo.... realizing that the weather and the holidays played a role in missing the initial date, I can now say that I'm very happy with the workmanship and professionalism of the whole RamJack New England experience.
