This is my third time using this company. Again all I have are superlatives. I know I can count on Manny and his team to deliver great workmanship. I needed to have almost all of my inside walls, ceilings and trim painted. Also needed to have my house and rock wall power washed. And then while the job was happening, I had other issues I asked Manny to address if possible and he delivered on every problem I had. First off, most of the inside painting was done by George who is a magician. He is so proficeent and meticulous, the results were better than I could have hoped. He even painted our metal heating grates. Can't say enough about the great job he did. Manny and his team also did a super job power washing our Hardee board, which over the years had a lot of moss accumulating. He also power washed our rock wall and that came out great as well. The rock wall needed some masonry work and Mannys team also handled that,. came out fantastic.

Manny and crew did a great job repairing my roof. He understood what I needed and his estimate was clear and showed the labor and materials details (something not all contractors are willing to do). On the day that his team came to do the work, he showed me exactly where and why the roof was leaking. It made me confident that the work done solved the problem. Manny is also generous with his knowledge. I would definitely hire Watertight Pro again.

This job involved replacement of 3 roof skylights. I am pretty experienced with home repairs , but now am too old to do them all myself. Manny answered all of my questions and finished the job quickly. And there were no leaks when it rained pretty heavily after he finished. I am completely satisfied.

Very positive experience. Manny came out and evaluated the problem (roof leak at a bay window) and explained it to us. He described in detail what he would do and how it would address the problem. He provided a quote, and then came and did the work a few days later. Then he showed us what he had done. He went beyond the original description and replaced and painted some broken shingles at the roof line. His assistant walked around the yard, picking up tiny pieces of debris and leaving our yard immaculate.

Manny, the Owner, was able to deliver a brand new, clean dumpster the same day we requested it. He comes prepared for sloped Driveway and takes his time prepping to protect your property. He and his wife are very friendly, kind and professional. His prices are very reasonable. I wish I had known about him earlier. We have used him twice for renovation and house cleanouts.
