This is my third time using this company. Again all I have are superlatives. I know I can count on Manny and his team to deliver great workmanship. I needed to have almost all of my inside walls, ceilings and trim painted. Also needed to have my house and rock wall power washed. And then while the job was happening, I had other issues I asked Manny to address if possible and he delivered on every problem I had. First off, most of the inside painting was done by George who is a magician. He is so proficeent and meticulous, the results were better than I could have hoped. He even painted our metal heating grates. Can't say enough about the great job he did. Manny and his team also did a super job power washing our Hardee board, which over the years had a lot of moss accumulating. He also power washed our rock wall and that came out great as well. The rock wall needed some masonry work and Mannys team also handled that,. came out fantastic.

On the day that his team came to do the work, he showed me exactly where and why the roof was leaking. It made me confident that the work done solved the problem. This job involved replacement of 3 roof skylights. I am pretty experienced with home repairs , but now am too old to do them all myself. Manny answered all of my questions and finished the job quickly. And there were no leaks when it rained pretty heavily after he finished. I am completely satisfied.

Very positive experience. Manny came out and evaluated the problem (roof leak at a bay window) and explained it to us. He described in detail what he would do and how it would address the problem. He provided a quote, and then came and did the work a few days later. Then he showed us what he had done. He went beyond the original description and replaced and painted some broken shingles at the roof line. His assistant walked around the yard, picking up tiny pieces of debris and leaving our yard immaculate.

Manny came out, gave me an estimate and started right away. He noticed that my chimney needed repair, took some pictures and recommend that I hire a brick chimney repair company to fix it.

We had a roof that was leaking. Watertight came when they said they would, diagnosed the problem and fixed the roof quickly, neatly and with a friendly manner. They were a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend them.

Manny, the Owner, was able to deliver a brand new, clean dumpster the same day we requested it. He comes prepared for sloped Driveway and takes his time prepping to protect your property. He and his wife are very friendly, kind and professional. His prices are very reasonable. I wish I had known about him earlier. We have used him twice for renovation and house cleanouts. My roof had leaking issue and I called three companies to check and give quotes. Juan promptly contacted and showed up on time. The analysis he provided and the proposed solution are ideal. The estimates are competitive. So I hired them, after comparing with the others. The work was done efficiently. It only took a few hours, and they did not need to enter my house. Debris were well removed after the work. There have been a few rains and even a snow storm after that. My attic has no leaking at all. Would like to have them done some other work when spring comes.
