Manny and his team were excellent! This was a repair of a custom window that I had trouble finding anyone willing to even touch it. There was no hesitation with Manni. He had a plan, warned me it could get complicated - which I appreciated. Turns out, it was pretty straight forward and I am very pleased. I felt comfortable with him from the very start when he came to look at my situation. He talked out loud what he planned on doing and it made perfect sense to me. My job was a glass replacement for a custom roof window in an awkward position on my roof edge. Not quite a standard skylight. He and his team worked with my schedule and he was able to disassemble, work with a glass company to replace the glass in my existing frame, and reassembled - sealed tight, even better than it was before. The team did a great job. I was impressed with the communication before and during as to what the plan to fix was going to be.

This is my third time using this company. Again all I have are superlatives. I know I can count on Manny and his team to deliver great workmanship. I needed to have almost all of my inside walls, ceilings and trim painted. Also needed to have my house and rock wall power washed. And then while the job was happening, I had other issues I asked Manny to address if possible and he delivered on every problem I had. First off, most of the inside painting was done by George who is a magician. He is so proficeent and meticulous, the results were better than I could have hoped. He even painted our metal heating grates. Can't say enough about the great job he did. Manny and his team also did a super job power washing our Hardee board, which over the years had a lot of moss accumulating. He also power washed our rock wall and that came out great as well. The rock wall needed some masonry work and Mannys team also handled that,. came out fantastic.

Manny and crew did a great job repairing my roof. He understood what I needed and his estimate was clear and showed the labor and materials details (something not all contractors are willing to do). On the day that his team came to do the work, he showed me exactly where and why the roof was leaking. It made me confident that the work done solved the problem. This job involved replacement of 3 roof skylights. I am pretty experienced with home repairs , but now am too old to do them all myself. Manny answered all of my questions and finished the job quickly. And there were no leaks when it rained pretty heavily after he finished. I am completely satisfied.

Very positive experience. Manny came out and evaluated the problem (roof leak at a bay window) and explained it to us. He described in detail what he would do and how it would address the problem. He provided a quote, and then came and did the work a few days later. Then he showed us what he had done. He went beyond the original description and replaced and painted some broken shingles at the roof line. His assistant walked around the yard, picking up tiny pieces of debris and leaving our yard immaculate.
