Excellent! Efficient and hard working. Moved into an older building and the kitchen floor was green and black looking grime. Meire and staff scrubbed through the grime and found my floor was actually green and white. Hired Meire for regular cleaning twice a month. She is great with communication about scheduling (and re-scheduling). Always notifies us regarding arrival time. Good natured about the lack of street parking in the neighborhood. And my dog loves the attention all staff give her. ?

Meire cleaned my mother’s home, and I have never seen it cleaner. It sparkled! My mum was ecstatic when she arrived home. Meire was accommodating, prompt and did an exceptional deep clean. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Meire responded right away to my request and came out the same day to give me an estimate. I was so pleased with the estimate I asked how fast she could come to clean and it was within 2 days. The crew came and they went above and beyond what I asked them to do. I was at work when they came and when I got home I felt like I walked into a hotel. I can't say enough good things! I highly recommend her company for your cleaning needs!

Meire did a great job. She was punctual and stayed late making sure the entire house was cleaned. It was a big job - post construction before we moved in. She did windows - in and out - bathrooms. Floors. Inside cabinets. Highly recommend.

Eh. Thats what it was, eh. We have a 2 level house, 2,400 sq ft and just needed a basic clean. Had 2 cleaners for 2 hours. After 2 hours they had not cleaned any of the 3 bedrooms, just the 2 baths upstairs on the 2nd floor. And in the master bath didn't clean the glass in the shower which I thought was weird. Downstairs did okay, but not great. Didn't dust under furniture, etc. There are too many good cleaners out there, I would not recommend this company.

"I came to this house the date he wanted to do his cleaning for 2 hours with 2 cleaners. I ask him when I arrived about his priorities because the house was very dirty and disorganized, so I warned him that 2 hours wasn't enough to do the whole house, but he just ignored my question and kept show me the whole house. I saw on the beginning that he was going to be a problem, but I was there to do the cleaning and I did include window blinds, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, kitchen. wood work, furnitures, the stove was too dirt that I broke my blade trying to take the dirt from his stove. I told him that was impossible to finish the whole house in 2 hours, he didn't say anything, continue to ignore the conversation. when I was there for 1 and half hour, he left the house and came home 10 minutes after my time to leave. when he came home, he was satisfied with the cleaning we did on the 1st floor, 2 bathrooms and hallway upstairs. He looked everything and when I was out the door and my helper was just finish up the hallway floor upstairs, he came to me made the payment, tipped us with $40.00 and ask me to do the whole floor upstairs (3 bedrooms) I told him that I couldn't because I still have another client's house to cleaning( what he make me 30 minutes late) and doctor's appointment to go, and our agreement was for 2 hours, but I told him that he could setup a regular cleaning appointment to finish up his cleaning. He didn't say anything and we left. I just saw the bad review that he left for us. He didn't complain about the cleaning we did, he actually said that the cleaning was good and the house smells good. He probably got upset because I couldn't stay to cleaning the whole house, but we never agreed with this. I was honest to him from the beginning of our conversation until the end, I personally didn't his cleaning. I make sure everything was well done. The deal is very clear, if you need extra time you need to pay for, what he never mention, this time needs to be on my schedule, so I don't be late for my next client. Hope this explains the whole situation with this client."

Meire is very cooperative with customer's schedule, arrived on time, completed the job as promised. The cleaning was excellent, she paid attentions to details. Some hidden corners I didn't mention in advance but got covered by the cleaning job. We are very satisfied.
