"I spoke to a male on the phone, very friendly, was able to explain the process. Just the phone call alone would have me hiring them again. The day of the visit was thorough, very messy but i didnt mind cleaning it up it's my house after all. A few mishaps with the duct coming undone but I have a brand new looking Duct afterwards."
