Best basement remodelers near Lynn, MA

"Very satisfied with the basement remodel. Very professional from beginning to end. Its been 2 years and still loving it."

"Ed and Bob were incredibly detail oriented from design to implementation. Very high quality solution done in a short time period - worked within the confines of my very old home and did the work with lots of care not to disturb existing structure. Extremely professional work (end of day tools kept neatly, no trash, very organized job) and clean. Highly recommend for french drain or basement drain systems."

"Pedro is the best. Great price, finished on time and on budget. I would recommend him without hesitation. He finished my basement in record time and the quality of the finishing was top-notch. He's also an incredibly nice person to deal with."

"MMP Construction was very professional and made the process very easy for me. I have had them do work before (my roof a few years ago) and again they exceeded expectations. I am very satisfied with the tile work and the painting and also how quickly they were able to complete it, only four days from start to finish. I highly recommend this company and will keep them in mind for future projects."

"The most important part of a remodeling project is your contractor. It is the contractor that determines how smoothly the project goes and how pleased you will be when it is finished. Liam Neary is the contractor I would want to work with again. We actually enjoyed the remodeling process because of Liam. Liam was very attentive to all our concerns throughout the project. All work performed by Liam himself was exceptional. He is neat, prompt, and organized with a-plus communication. Liam is honest, congenial and eager to please. Subcontractor work occasionally did not rise up to Liam's standards. Whenever we pointed these minor details out, Liam always rectified the issues. We love our new kitchen!"

"RORHI completed our basement renovation. They did fantastic work, and all the contractors were highly professional: the framers, the insulators, the drywallers, the electrician, and the finishers. They went above and beyond to accommodate some special requests, like installing a commercial dehumidifier and finishing the walls of the storage closet, which were not part of the original scope, which greatly enhanced the finished look. We had a great experience working with Evan, Mike, and Matt (the initial estimator), as well as Inmer (finishes and framing), Eddie (painter), and the electrician. Despite minor miscommunications leading to necessary changes, they promptly addressed our concerns, sending someone immediately or the following day to resolve issues. Overall, we were impressed by RORHI's dedication and responsiveness, and we plan to hire them again for our next projects."

"It was good. They were very personable, honest, and the quality of the work was really good. They did the entire remodeling and additional 2nd floor of my house before."

"The plan was to turn my two car detached garage into living space and then connect it to the main house with a hallway, along with turning the small storage room that it was connecting to, into a half bath. Ryan and Rob were quick on responding the moment I put in the estimate request and they came over the same day just to get an idea if the work could be done. We went over multiple details and they were ready to get started quickly. Work estimate was on par with what others were indicating but with Level Builders I felt like I was being listened to, and working with what I needed versus steering me elsewhere. Project took a little longer than expected since we changed the format a bit and decided to turn that projected half bath into a full bath with washer and dryer hookups. Whenever an issue arose during the construction, I was always informed immediately and asked what I wanted to do. I felt like I had a say in everything all throughout. I would recommend them to anyone that asks because the final product looks amazing! Any issues that came up were fixed quickly and I'm so happy with the results! They are for sure my go to team for any future projects I have and am so grateful for the work they've done. Thank you!!!"

"Attention to detail is paramount to Five Stars Remodeling. My wife and I had specific plans and this company was able to deliver the plan beyond our expectations."

"The technician was very kind and knowledgeable. Great experience I would recommend to anyone looking for a chimney repair."
