"John gave me an estimate over the summer after letting me know his schedule wasn't open until fall. After looking at the sagging plaster ceilings in our 1920s house, he recommended covering with drywall, and he did the work in December. John and his colleague did two ceilings in 4 days (about 700 square feet total) and they are a huge improvement. We're already planning to hire him again!"

"Mr. Pontes and his team did a wonderful job on our outdoor enclosed porch. Some of the projects were: Removal the old carpet and disposal, replace the screens around the whole room, install new vinyl floor 100% waterproof, scrape and sand the wood ceiling, painted wood and siding, one coat of stain on ceiling, one coat of clear Polyurethane on ceiling and many more things also. This is the second time I used his expertise for a job. Once again, everything turned out great! Thank You Mr. Pontes!"
