They aren't the cheapest quote we got but we decided to choose them because Mark is responsive, serious about his work and a friendly person to work with. From the initial conversation to the end, Mark was very accommodating. He also gave us some idea as well. Originally he was going to have more guys to work on the lawn, but ended up having 2 guys working on it due to one other guy was not available. At first I was a bit skeptical on the progress, but at the end it turned out amazing. He even came over to check on the lawn a week after it was completed to make sure it's done correctly. "This project could not have gone better, and it could not have been handled more professionally.  This required absolutely backbreaking work on the part of John's team.  Richie and his crew did an amazing job rebuilding our patio (it look beautiful - thank you!) and the team that scraped, cleared, re-graded and re-sodded the yard was professional, efficient and wonderful to work with.
John and his managers are a hands-on group.  I happened to be working from home part of one of the days that the team was on-site.  John or one of his leads stopped by the house 3-4 times during the day to check on the progress of the job, guide the team and make sure we were still on schedule.  John also checked in every day or so on email, which is much appreciated.  He has even checked in after the job was completed with quick tips on managing new sod through this hot dry weather we've had.
We have worked with John on 4-5 different projects and he and the team have done incredible work each time.  His crews are managed well, are very professional, and treat your home/yard with respect (many companies in this space do not).

"When I called Leo, he came out to see my yard immediately. We scheduled a date and he stood by it. Him and his crew are nice, professional, reliable and fast. They were done with my yard ( but a big yard) in 3 days. We had a budget and we talked to Leo about what we wanted and worked with us. New Pavers and concrete patio could be expensive, he gave ours an overlay and it looks great. The new fence looks great , and our crab apple trees is gone. They went above and beyond . I still call Leo to take a look at my grass because I am new to caring for newly layered sod grass , and he still calls me back and came out to look at my grass.
