It became evident that this was a messy and dangerous situation as it was a fire hazard. Through Angi I found Everclean and the co. was a perfect fit. HVAC companies don’t do dryer vents. Justin from Everclean was awesome and got the problem straightened out. He even discovered the dryer vent had become disconnected from outside dryer vent door! I can’t fit through the narrow attic hatchway as my shoulders are a bit too wide, so I depended on Justin. Finally, everything is buttoned up, and our clothes now dry in half the time. Cost was moderate and was money well invested. Dryer vent fire danger is now negligible compared to before. Along with neighbor hatred danger. I would hire Everclean again if needed again."

They confirmed a smaller time window the night before, and showed up first thing the next day. He broke down 6 options for us to move forward ranging from the minimum service fee for the cleaning all the way up to addressing everything he saw that was weighing down on the system. He explained which options we could wait on and which ones were higher priority, etc. It feels so rare to get a home service provider with this kind of professionalism these days. I wish these guys did automotive! I didn't rate them on price because I don't have a good comparison. But we will definitely be using them moving forward based on reliability, customer service, and professionalism."
