"I bought a really nice regency gas fireplace from South Shore Fireplace and couldn't have been happier with the way they treated me and completed the installation. They were the most attentive and considerate companies I approached which is why I went with them. We couldn't get the time of day from other fireplace stores. Installers were very thorough and clean. This was a complete installation, needed the chimney as well as the stove. Everything was done perfectly and I couldn't be happier. Recently, the stove I picked had a recall and I was informed and updated by Scott as soon as he had news. This actually went on for a couple of months but Scott would contact me every couple of weeks and let me know what was going on. "Two workers came promptly at 7:30 am, the scheduled time, and were here until about 1.
They checked out the current panel and realized there was not enough room for the charger on there so recommended the installation of a sub-panel.  Moved some of the circuits that were carrying lesser loads to the subpanel and put the car charger on the main panel.
There is a bit of snow outside so they used shoe covers and tarped the basement floor.  They worked very carefully and explained all the work that needed to be done.
