"From the very start ,Dan, the sales representative was extremely helpful in answering the many questions we had regarding the siding of our house. He told us that we may have to wait a few months as they were booked, but if they had an opening they would side the house sooner. True to his word they came as soon as they could. Just two months after our first contact with Beantown, they were ready to side our house. They explained how the process would take place, and it all happened just as they said. The work was done in two days. The workers were extremely professional. On day one of the job I returned home from work and saw that they had removed all the old siding and shingles, and had already started framing the windows. My husband said there were 12 workers present on the second day. I came home from work to see that my entire house was sided. Several neighbors had stopped by to tell me how well they worked. They also commented on the great job. I was completely overjoyed to see my house, absolutely beautiful! Jim, the siding manager, was also fantastic, and he was very responsive to any questions we had. "We have lived in our home for ~ 2.5 years. As a result of inferior workmanship and materials used by the original contractor (someone other than United) , we contracted with United to redo our siding, our exterior trim, and our entry doors. Nik was our estimator and he was a pleasure to work with. We've dealt with estimators in the past and most of them prefer to quote a price without going into detail. Nik, without any prompting from us, went into detail to define what we would be getting for the quoted price. Weuler was our project manager; he was very courteous. He would communicate in advance what the crew would plan to work on for the day or week. He would also let us know if weather prevented the crew from working. Junior was our foreman and it is obvious that he has much experience, and his team has much experience. They would arrive promptly at 7AM each day and begin to set up equipment and position materials to be deployed. They were very well organized; it appeared to us that everyone knew exactly what their role was each day they came onsite. They were also super respectful and cleaned up thoroughly after each day of work. United installed Everlast composite siding and PVC trim on our 3,000+ square foot home. If you have a chance to visit United's building in Ashland, you will understand why they are so good at what they do...there is an indoor training facility where they teach how to properly install siding! We are loving our newly resided home, and would use United again in a heartbeat. You will find they are not going to be the cheapest quote, but I believe we got what we paid for and there were no ugly surprises. We've dealt with contractors in the past who quoted low and then tried to cut corners to make up for it during the project; United is the opposite of those guys. You will not be disappointed with their finished product or surprised in an unpleasant way!"

"I was very happy with the service I received from Precision Door & Window! All the windows in my house had lead paint that was chipping on the exterior window sills. I am pregnant and was afraid that even the slightest breeze would blow all the lead dust into the house and harm myself or my child, when born. 
I called about 20 window guys, siding guys, contractors, etc.  to see if anyone would aluminum coil wrap the window sills so the lead wasn't exposed. A bunch of the companies came over and told me that it was too much work, it wasn't worth it, or they just didn't do that type of job. When I reached out to Precision Door & Window they were willing to come over that week. The workers said they had never done this type of job before, but were willing to do a sample to see if it was what I wanted. It was spot on! 
The workers actually thought they were doing something else with the windows before they arrived (probably because I did not explain it well), but were very flexible in listening to what I wanted. I really appreciate their willingness to take on a job they had never done and they did it well! My window sills look brand new! The whole job took less than the quoted time and was at a very competitive price ($100/window).

"Bob did a great job in helping us both design and refinish our basement. He helped dismantle old fixtures and drywall before framing the entire basement. He then rebuilt our stairway to curve to another side to avoid head obstacles. He was responsive and flexible throughout. We were impressed with his work so we hired him to do additional floor leveling, floor installation, and all of the trim work. His brother did most of the work with him, which made for a cohesive crew. We would recommend Bob and his brother to anyone in need of carpentry or other home improvement jobs."
