"Just getting estimates from other contractors, even reputable ones, has been like pulling teeth.  Alessandro from United showed up on time the first day, the price was more than fair, and they started work when they said they would.  The porch job that we originally hired them for ended up being much more involved than we first anticipated.  United was able to pull a crew from another job and knocked it out in a day's time... very impressive... and they were still 10K less than some of the other quotes that we had gotten for our porch job.  We then kept them on to paint, do some electrical and carpentry work.  All of it has been excellent.  We are still trying to hunt down another contractor to finish a bathroom job that he started a year ago so we've had horrible experiences and I know a good one when I see it.  United has been an absolute joy to work with! "
