"Well, to start, the yard was a mess, with broken branches on bushes as well as branches lying all over.  They did a great job of cleaning everything up and taking out any weeds.  Then they redid the mulch areas and put stone around the air conditioning unit.
As a result the yard looks pristine again, as it always does when Ronaldo's crew leaves the property.  Every group that works for Ronaldo are friendly and aim to please and you never have to go out to check their work as you know everything will be just as you wanted it. 
Ronaldo himself is very warm and helpful and does everything in his power to accommodate whatever you need.  He  treats all his customers like they were family and always somehow its you into his busy schedule.  He is also easily accessible and returns phone calls or emails within 24 hours which is extremely rare in the landscaping profession.

John's responded quickly, popped by to survey the job (without me even knowing!) and was able to schedule it within the week. Two men came by and worked for three or four hours on the bed. It was too tough for a tiller, so in the end they used an industrial aerator to loosen the dirt/roots, then raked it out. They did a great job, were very careful of the surrounding garden decorations, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves.
