I originally gave them a 5 for everything but when they didn't show up to cut the lawn and maintain it as we agreed to and I received no response to my text messages and phone calls on why they didn't show up when they said they would, I had to change my rating as the customer service was not what I expected from them or any contractor. I would recommend them for the work they did but not for their customer service which bothers me.

Joe was very professional and showed up on time, kept in touch and did an excellent job with the cleanup and lawn.

Very Professional, Efficient and great customer service

We hired Joe to clean up and help redesign our front yard, which was full of overgrown and misshapen bushes and shrubs. Iâ d been having a hard time finding a landscaper to follow through on even just giving an estimate, but Joe was very responsive from start to finish. Our yard is still a work in progress, but it already looks a million times better with what Joe has done so far. We wonâ t hesitate to use him again as we tackle other landscaping projects down the road.

It was pretty easy to get in touch with Joe he is very helpful and stopped by to look at the project before starting - so, overall it was a very good experience for me to do this. It was a very good decision to hire them for my project.

James Cas Landsculpting made my yard great again! Life is busy and my yard kinda got away from me. When COVID hit, and I was spending more time at home, like everyone else, I wanted to enjoy my space. Joe came and looked at it and gave me many options to transform my yard into something beautiful. My yard is not big, but he had a great vision and lots of ideas. It felt like he designed my yard as if it was his own. My lawn has never looked so good, and I finally have the lush shrubs and flowers that I always wanted. Im very happy with how it turned out and get a ton of compliments from my neighbors and friends on how great it looks.

When I contacted James cash they responded very quickly, professionally and appropriately. I found James cash to be the only landscape/landsculp company who actually listened to what I actually wanted. Joe sent pictures and suggestions, called to confirm quantities and sizes before finalizing. I wont use anyone else for future projects.

I contacted James Cash to land sculpt and re-design my front yard. Not only did they execute my vision but made it better than I could ever imagine. They chose plants and shrubs and flowers that were perfect for this climate and also specific for my front lawn based on sun and shading that I have. they were conscious of my budget and there was no ups selling. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends. I had neighbors coming over complimenting my lawn before they were even finished and they actually hired this company, on the spot, to do their own lawns. If you need quality and friendly service, absolutely use James Cash!

We had to seed our front lawn due to having sewer pipe replaced. Joe was very helpful and provided a great service. He prepped the area, laid down the seed and provided me the watering instructions for the next few weeks. The lawn turned out exceptional. Joe checked in every few days and even came back to reseed a couple of bare spots. The final outcome was a beautiful lawn, better than it was before!! I will call Joe for any future work I need with my landscaping. Call Joe for all you landscaping & landsulpting needs!!

Fantastic company. They were early every day. Meticulous work. Cleaned up the work area as if they were never there. The end result was better than what we envisioned.

We need some shrubs planted along our back fence, as well as some garden beds along our walkway. We got referred to Joe from a friend, and we loved his service. He was very knowledgeable on the plants and shrubs as some were in full sun, and some were covered in shade. He knew just what to plant where, and gave us some great recommendations. Our backyard looks great, as well as our newly planted Garden Beds, and walkway have a huge improvement in our curb appeal!.

Joe, has been a man of his word. He told us what his vision was for our front beds, side of the house & around our 600 as foot patio. Him & my wife picked out the items. He planted around 50 total pieces from Arborvitae to Red Maple to smaller pieces. It really makes our home look like a home. The front of our house was bare for almost 10 years. It truly looks amazing. He continued to follow up with us even after the job was complete.

James Cash was the best decision I ever made. Joe educated me on the specific trees he was going to plant and where he was going to put them. He is a stellar visionally and would be an asset to anyone looking to have a ridiculously cool looking front yard.
