Bob worked on replacing exterior clapboards, renovating the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting all walls and trim throughout the unit. He also plastered damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. I had deck and porch damage from a big tree that came down and glanced the side of the house after a bad wind storm we had. Upper deck was unstable. Repairs needed to be done ASAP. Mack was on it right away. His communication thru out the job was outstanding, sending me pictures of his progress along the way. He finished quickly as well. He came out on Friday morning and repaired the gate and replaced pickets as well as secure a section of fencing. He did a great job. Bertie was very polite and punctual.
