He answered my request within an hour, was extremely communicative, professional, and fair throughout the entire process. Concrete was used to stabilize the post's both on the bottom and inside the post itself. A solid job and a solid fence! I also had their crew partially remove some paver's to a portion of my back yard walk and replace with sod. It looks great.
