They constructed out of allen block and installed a drainage system behind the wall. They also replaced my front walkway. All work was completed in 3-4 days. They were very reasonably priced compared to other quotes I received and, most importantly, communicated very well throughout the process (texted or emailed promptly when they would start the project and when they could not make it one day due to extreme cold). "Busy dog makes a good product, but my sales rep was not clear, did not measure correctly and threw his install team under the bus when they questioned what he had specified. I had stripped the carpet and wall in preparation for the installation, and the installation did not allow me to put the room back together without hiring another contractor to work around what they did. The sales rep did not order enough pipe to route the water all the way out, and so it currently comes out halfway under my barn!!! I called busy dog to complain and they said they would fix it, but I have not heard back from them again."
