In the meantime Burke plumbing and heating called and left me a message to call them. I called them and they said that they would send someone out that very afternoon. I needed a complete new furnace and compressor. The next day he ordered everything he needed and it arrived to be stored in my garage overnight. The next day he and another workman arrived at 8 AM removed the old system and installed the new.
