"What you fail to mention in every review and complaint that you leave on the internet are the following: You notified us of the issue approximately 1 year after installation, which is out of the industry standard warranty period, yet we still tried to work with you for 2+ years in spite of your foul language and degrading commentary, despite being out of warranty we performed dozens of service calls free of charge and found no issues, upgraded your piping near the system (not part of our scope that you approved) free of charge, replaced your unit with a brand new unit (valuing more than your original quote) free of charge, had the manufacturer's rep out who confirmed the system was working properly, hired an independent plumber that determined the issue was with YOUR existing plumbing, and offered to install a stand alone water heater free of charge which you approved and scheduled then the day our crew arrived you sent them away....... all while taking your bullying, shameful, insulating, and foul remarks towards us and our staff. At one point you questioned "what kind of mother are you" to one of the women who works for us. Something that has absolutely nothing to do with your system being sold/installed by a company. Among many other terrible things you've said. Regardless, we spent thousands and thousands trying to rectify a problem that never indicated the system we installed was an issue. Third parties that you demanded come out all concluded the same, the issue is your existing plumbing, not your heating/hot water equipment. Trust me, if there was a problem with our system/work we would have fixed it already as to not waste thousands and be subjected to this constant nonsense. We discussed hiring yet another plumber of your choosing to diagnose your issues and that if they were in fact proven to be related to our work, then we would pay for it. At that point you started again with your degrading language and threatened to sue. I encouraged you to reach out to a third party such as the BBB and/or an attorney. The BBB refused to work with you because of your language and you had no proof we were at fault, just dozens and dozens of derogatory emails with no facts or evidence there is an issue. You've been threatening to sue for a year or more. An attempt to bully your way into a fat check. I encourage you to not to write reviews at 12:07 am and hire an attorney so that a third party who doesn't call people idiots and jackasses can rectify your concerns. We will not continue to have these back and forth discussions on reviews while you continue to send demeaning emails to our staff. Majic Air has backup and documentation for every visit, email, insulting comment and are ready to meet with whoever necessary to put this to bed."
"Update 5/22/2024 Laurie, As per your email dated 5/21/24, you state, "We had a plumber come out for a diagnosis and estimate. They say it's the mixing valve in the shower and will charge 2100.00 to replace the valve and the pipes.". As you are aware, we are a heating and air conditioning company and you have confirmation that your issue is your domestic plumbing and unrelated. Glad you got a resolution. Thank you. Original Response: Laurie, Despite your unit being well out of the industry standard labor warranty, we have tried numerous attempts to address your concern, all at no cost to you. These attempts included many service calls, a visit from the manufacturers rep as well as an independent plumber who all said it was working properly. We offered alternate options to which you accepted and then declined the day we showed up to do said work. Then, at your request, we replaced the entire unit with a brand new one at no cost to you, yet you are still dissatisfied. Now, at this point, you are just asking for money. Due to your nasty communications and foul language, we asked that you contact the BBB or a lawyer in order to have a third party mediate this in a more productive manner because every option we offer you decline, unless it's cash. We're still happy to work with a mediator of some sort to either resolve your issue or prove that the system is working as designed to."
"Thank you for taking some time to leave us a review on HomeAdvisor. We certainly appreciate the feedback and are very happy you were satisfied!"
"Alan, Thank you so much for a great review. We are so pleased you are happy with your experience and services with us! We really appreciate your time and your confidence in us. Please contact us if you need anything at all!"
"Thank you for taking time to leave a review, we appreciate all feedback. It is unfortunate that you feel that way. As you may recall, you were informed on multiple occasions that the proper course for the issue at hand was for you to contact a licensed electrician in order to repair the wiring of the Nest thermostats that were recently installed by you. As a new customer for us, we had visited your home 3 times and one was free of charge as a courtesy. Our last correspondence was as such back in May and to our knowledge you were waiting on a replacement thermostat from Nest in your effort to rule out a bad thermostat. We hadn't heard from you since and we were not aware that you were still having issues. We hope that moving forward you get the wiring repaired and your system up and functioning properly."
"Steve, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review! It is much appreciated! We are so happy you were satisfied!"
"Hi Kevin! Thank you for taking a moment out of your day to rate your install. We really appreciate it!"
