He then rebuilt our stairway to curve to another side to avoid head obstacles. He was responsive and flexible throughout. We were impressed with his work so we hired him to do additional floor leveling, floor installation, and all of the trim work. "We hired MS Innovation to: 1) remove a textured ceiling that had suffered recent water damage; and 2) install a new ceiling (board and plaster) leaving the beams above exposed Wilmer responded to me within hours and was out to my house within a day. He got me a detailed, free quote within 24h and was able to schedule my project within days of signing the contract. From start to finish, the entire project took only 3 days! We have done a LOT of work on our house and Wilmer/MS Innovation were the fastest and most thorough group we've worked with. He was very easy to communicate with over email or phone. When we had an unexpected issue come up (ceiling fan needed to be remounted because of the exposed beams), rather than delaying things, he brought in an electrician and the problem was solved within a day. His team handled demo very well - they put plastic everywhere and sealed off the room - and cleaned up at the end of every evening. We were in the house during the whole process and they were very mindful of us and our pets during the whole process. Ceiling removal/plaster installation is messy and they kept things very clean which we REALLY appreciated Of the 3 quotes we received, his was very fair. Value for price given the incredible work quality and experience was VERY high.
