"Tito was terrific. He responded to my request for handyman services in less than 24hrs - AND showed up at my home the morning he contacted regarding the work request. Tito installed 3 ceiling hooks (to hang indoor plants) which was my original request. After he arrived, he was very accommodating and allowed me to add on some additional services - installation of 2 outdoor plant hangers as well as a replacement bidet for the toilet. The price for the plant hangers were very reasonable. The cost for installation of the bidet seemed a bit high since there was already one there and I've done one at my father's - it's pretty straight forward but I dont have the time to do my own. However, I was ok with that since he responded to me and arrived to do the work so quickly - as well as his flexibility to accommodate my additional requests. "Bertie was recommended to us by a friend for some work that he completed in Jamaica Plain. We recently built a 2nd floor on our cape in Milton and needed walls and ceilings in three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a hallway and stairwell. Bertie was prompt with his bid and was extremely flexible with his start date. He was finished with the entire job in less than four days, which was incredibly impressive. In addition, part of the demolition included tearing down two walls on the first floor and a strip of drywall by the front door. Without asking, Bertie fixed those as well and included them in the price. Furthermore, we are installing a pocket door and need to wait for that before drywall goes up, plus our plumber needs access to the shower before the durock goes up, and Bertie has already committed to helping us with those issues as soon as they are ready. I would absolutely hire Bertie again in a second if the need ever arises again."
