I highly recommend these people to do any kind of work from the phone call to the actual work it no it was all a very pleasant and professional experience. The company was great. The work completed was neat organized, and done well. I would not hesitate in hiring them again or recommending to someone who needs to work these guys really work and do what they need to do, thank you for your hard work and dedication to the need of getting that siding done. I so much appreciate it and thank you for the decent price was good. Great value and I would do it again thank you.

I had an old skylight break on a Monday, right before listing my home. It was beyond repair so I needed to replace the broken window and it's twin. I immediately started sending emails and making calls. Congro Remodeling was first to answer the same day. Tuesday we had the replacement windows in the garage. Wednesday we had one window in and by Thursday, both windows were replaced and looking great. I will note that if it wasn't so not that day, both windows would have been completed Wednesday. I appreciated the quick response, the professionalism, the quality of work and the pricing I found reasonable. If anything else goes wrong when in this home, they will be the first contractor I call.

Basil did a bathroom remodel and the toilet was not put in properly, and he repeatedly told me he would get it fixed. I called at least 5 times over 5 weeks and he has yet to fix the toilet. I am very disappointed. He was paid for the job, and I will have to hire another person to reset the toilet, costing me more money.

Nice people but not satisfied with cleanup. Plus shelf was taken down over a triple window and never replaced. This left unfinished wall. Some window sills have visible nails, unfinished wood and some also don't line up. Pencil marks were left on a window sill and when I questioned that, I was told that was " finishing work". When I then asked for an estimate to finish, I never heard from him again. No, I will not hire them again.

Hired last November , finally got doors installed this spring, looked good but main door wrong.. should have been a left opening installed as right opening .. was ordered wrong.... still waiting to be fixed contractor very poor on communication once he gets on site work was good and a good crew

Basil Congro was very professional, definately knew what he was doing, and did a great job installing our new front door. Since we had a smaller than normal door size he had to special order it. The door took much longer than expected to arrive at the distributor. He kept me appraised of the shifting time line. he even answered his phone when I called! The door arrived and was an exact fit. He cleaned up when he was done and I would hire him again in a second!

Our project is not completed as yet. There are two phases . . . we will resume project and complete in bout 4 weeks. Kindly check back at that time. Thus far, we are quite pleased with his work ethics, performance and general attitude and professional manner.
