"Courteous and punctual. Job well done."

"Great experience. Fast clean and respectful of my property."

"Carpets had to be done over 2 days due to machine breakdown. They had to return another day because the hvac cut outs for cleaning weren't sealed right and the air handlers were maladjusted. They were polite and apologetic.i

"Raquel is the best! She is very diligent about the work she does. She makes sure everything is perfect and she goes above and beyond the call of duty. Raquel helped me pack and clean my house and after I moved, she went back there to clean the back yard, floors, and basement. She left everything spotless! I will be using her again at my new home. Extremely dependable, reliable, and flexible."

"The work looks really, they are very polite and they are really professional."

"I contacted Tracy and she responded promptly the same day and set up a meeting for the next day to look at the apartment and review my cleaning needs. I must say that Tracy when we met was sympathetic to our plight of having a tenant leave the apartment in such terrible shape, she talked to her partner to find the best price for the most cleaning. When they came to do the job the following Sunday they were bright and friendly despite the daunting cleaning job. Those three women worked harder then  anyone I've seen before and did so with a smile and a laugh. I was simply amazed  by the amount of cleaning they got done. I was sure that we would have to refinish the floors but they somehow managed to magiclly make the floors shine like the day they were installed. I would use them for my cleaning needs again in a heart beat. I would not consider calling another company even if I needed to wait till they could schedule me in.

"Great service - Martin and his team delivered. I called in a pinch to have my East Side rental unit cleaned for an incoming tenant, trying to thread the needle on June 1st, prior to the incoming tenant moving in. We talked through the scenario and Martin offered to walk through the space in advance to provide a more thorough estimate. This was appreciated, however I felt comfortable enough with his verbal estimate range to hire over the phone. Martin and crew arrived on time and accommodated a specific request for using a wood floor polish I provided, and made sure to check in multiple times throughout the cleaning to make sure all expectations were met. I'd recommend communicating any specific instructions or requests in advance to ensure expectations are set upfront. Will definitely call again in the future for my next apartment cleaning. Great job team!"

"Everything is always done to perfection! Tyrell is a great professional to work with; he listens to what we need and creates a whole plan based on his expertise and experience. He is an all around great guy!"

"Keep up with the good work, excellent, on time, did an great job, very professional, I will be calling really soon."

"In summary I have to say Richard was  excellent!  He came when he said he would and finished the work when he said it would be finished.  As I solicited multiple bids for the work NE Renovations was among the most competitive.  As the work was completed I was so pleased I ended requesting he come back to do additional jobs.  He was very accomadating and even explained various options on how best to accomplish the additional work.
