"I contacted Tracy and she responded promptly the same day and set up a meeting for the next day to look at the apartment and review my cleaning needs. I must say that Tracy when we met was sympathetic to our plight of having a tenant leave the apartment in such terrible shape, she talked to her partner to find the best price for the most cleaning. When they came to do the job the following Sunday they were bright and friendly despite the daunting cleaning job. Those three women worked harder then  anyone I've seen before and did so with a smile and a laugh. I was simply amazed  by the amount of cleaning they got done. I was sure that we would have to refinish the floors but they somehow managed to magiclly make the floors shine like the day they were installed. I would use them for my cleaning needs again in a heart beat. I would not consider calling another company even if I needed to wait till they could schedule me in.

"Great service - Martin and his team delivered. I called in a pinch to have my East Side rental unit cleaned for an incoming tenant, trying to thread the needle on June 1st, prior to the incoming tenant moving in. We talked through the scenario and Martin offered to walk through the space in advance to provide a more thorough estimate. This was appreciated, however I felt comfortable enough with his verbal estimate range to hire over the phone. Martin and crew arrived on time and accommodated a specific request for using a wood floor polish I provided, and made sure to check in multiple times throughout the cleaning to make sure all expectations were met. I'd recommend communicating any specific instructions or requests in advance to ensure expectations are set upfront. Will definitely call again in the future for my next apartment cleaning. "I received a call back from Richard within 4 hours of sending an e-mail asking for help with a slow-draining and unusable toilet.  He sent Jim to my house that afternoon and the problem was fixed within 2 hours at a very reasonable cost.  Jim found a plastic air freshener that had been dropped into the toilet (likely by my 2 yr old) and had gotten stuck in the drain.  He had to pull the toilet off the floor and push the item back through the drain, which was difficult since it had gotten stuck during all my forceful attempts to snake the toilet.  He also made sure to replace the filler valve when the water wouldn't stop flowing.  They even arranged to let me pay via PayPal when I couldn't find my checkbook.  What more can you ask than a fast response, a job well done, a reasonable price, and flexibility when doing business?  My experience was top notch and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future repairs or projects."
