This was appreciated, however I felt comfortable enough with his verbal estimate range to hire over the phone. Martin and crew arrived on time and accommodated a specific request for using a wood floor polish I provided, and made sure to check in multiple times throughout the cleaning to make sure all expectations were met. I'd recommend communicating any specific instructions or requests in advance to ensure expectations are set upfront. Will definitely call again in the future for my next apartment cleaning.
