"I've had a couple contractors come and analyze what I wanted done. 1 contractor wanted to start the project in February which is harder to do and threw a ballpark figure out to me of $30k. He emailed me a quote within 24 hours and I accepted it, I'm glad I went with his company because they were there every day for basically 2 weeks from 8am-4pm doing the job.
