"My son's condo floor received water damage due to a break in an adjacent units water line. The floor area by my son's entrance door became wet and as a result warping set in. Dan, the owner of Boston Premier Flooring, was extremely responsive using his moisture meter demonstrating that the underlayment concrete flooring was very wet. His crew removed the flooring to let the moisture dissipate before installing new hardwood. New flooring was installed a week later. They stained the floor and then applied several coats of polyurethane. It came out beautiful! This is the second time we used Boston Premier and I highly recommend them. Professional, punctual and greatly experienced in their craft"

"Tao and Taozen flooring exceeded our expectations. Our work was completed on time and on budget. Tao and his entire crew are extremely easy to work with. They are neat, respectful and responsive. Tao and his crew removed over 2000 square feet of carpet in multiple rooms and installed new white oak flooring. Tao also replaced two carpeted staircases with the same oak. Tao and his crew were meticulous on our floors and stairs, even spending an additional day to make sure our stair frame and plywood was level and secure before adding the treads and kick boards. Tao refinished the few rooms of existing hardwood we had at no additional cost and all of our new floors match our existing floors perfectly. Tao and Taozen flooring are the only company I will use on future projects. I cannot recommend them enough."

"These guys were fantastic. We had replaced our kitchen tile without using Angi’s two years ago. They did a terrible job, not lining the tiles properly, not grouting properly, and they didn’t remove the issues at the base of the tiles, so overtime our tiles were cracking. The contractor had promised us he’d come back to finish the grouting when he left in Friday, but asked for payment. New homeowner mistake, I paid him. He never responded to my messages after that. ALV came in the same day I posted on Angi’s, gave a reasonable quote, and then bought the tiles we were looking at the next day. 3 days later, the project is complete, the grout finished, everything looks fantastic. 10/10 would use these guys again."

"Duoc was a pleasure to work with. I initially hired him to fix and replace floors at my parent's house. He refinished some existing wood floors, matched and installed new hardwood floors, and his uncle installed some luxury vinyl tile in the bathroom. He did such a wonderful job that we also hired him at our own newly purchased house to refinish existing and install new hardwood, and again his uncle installed tile in our entry. "Removed kitchen tile & installed vinyl planking. Work was done all in one day, a bit of a rush but understandable as it was the day before pandemic lockdown in 2020. Satisfied with initial work despite one mussed-up lengthwise joining, but that was near sink, not very noticeable. Over next year, however, around half a dozen gaps appeared between ends of planks in one area (a few minor ones in another area). Workmen came out twice (needed prompting), expressed surprise, said they’d replace planks. When workmen finally came out third time, no new planks. They just caulked the gaps with a “close” color. I could have done that, and with a closer color. Since then, the caulk has darkened & crumbled, leaving dirty gaps again. Will not rehire."
