Our service is top notch and fully efficient. Our trucks are perfectly equipped for moving with Pads, dollies, Plastic and much more. We provide Long Distance Moves across the entire country, directly from our West Coast HUBS located in AZ, CA, OR and WA. Or, we team with our partner companies to complete moves together. We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.

Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. "I need to talk to someone. I had a signed contract with deposit paid for $840. They were to arrive at 1:00 on the 17th. At 12:30 they called and said the truck broke down. They rescheduled for 8:00-10:00 today the 18th. Then last night they called and told me the contract was priced wrong and the total is now $1679!!!! I had NO CHOICE as I had to be out of the house today for get stuck paying a penalty. They did not show up until noon and took all day! I had tickets for a show tonight and could not go which caused me to lose $160,00! I was scammed with a bait and switch scheme. The movers were awesome but Royal Van lines outright scammed me. After correcting the inventory to 124 items, my estimate increased to $5,485 with another $1,000 deposit. On move day, movers from an undisclosed subcontractor, MoveKing LLC, arrived instead of Starline. Despite removing large items, I was told my quote (1250 cf) was insufficient. I was forced to pay an additional $1,892.50 before loading began. Only half the truck was filled, and I was told the rest would cost $1,200 more?even though all items were part of the original quote. Items left behind included TVs, a desk, recliners, and bedroom sets. The mover said they'd return the next day, but as of the 10:02pm of July 4, the move remains incomplete. This reflects deceptive pricing, failure to disclose subcontracting, and violation of moving laws. I request a refund and will continue to investigate both companies."
