"Unique replaced my 20 year old high velocity air handler, condenser, and separate mini-split systems. Overall everything looks and works great! I was impressed by the dedication of their team - working in my attic in 95 degree heat, installing a smart thermostat for me, and even removing/killing a giant wasp nest that was in the eaves! They also accommodated my request to remove the condensers a few weeks before the new install, so I could do some landscaping work. Price was also quite reasonable. Definitely recommend."

They provided a timely quote and showed up and did the work professionally and on time. There were a few hiccups, such as the installation of the hatch to the attic space, but Sila’s carpenter agreed to fix the problem at no additional cost to us, so I consider that to be excellent service. "I wanted to clean a second floor dryer vent hose that was loaded solid with lint. It was worse than I thought! Packed solid! It became evident that this was a messy and dangerous situation as it was a fire hazard. Through Angi I found Everclean and the co. was a perfect fit. HVAC companies don’t do dryer vents. Justin from Everclean was awesome and got the problem straightened out. He even discovered the dryer vent had become disconnected from outside dryer vent door! I can’t fit through the narrow attic hatchway as my shoulders are a bit too wide, so I depended on Justin. Finally, everything is buttoned up, and our clothes now dry in half the time. Cost was moderate and was money well invested. Dryer vent fire danger is now negligible compared to before. Along with neighbor hatred danger. I would hire Everclean again if needed again."

They thoroughly vacuumed, brushed, and cleaned the coil, then finished it with a foaming cleaner to remove any remaining buildup. Our AC was back up and running in no time. What impressed me most was John's honesty and integrity. During a brutal heat wave, he could have easily charged much more, but his price was extremely fair. John is one of the nicest, most genuine people I've met in the trades. When I'm back to work and can afford to have the ducts cleaned, there is no question who I'll be calling.
