Came out even earlier than had been scheduled after calling to be sure that would work.  Did  great job, cleaned up, even gave us an "upgrade" over the quoted model at no charge.  Other company we had called charged us $160 for coming out and telling us nothing could be done to repair what we had, and when we offered to hire them to replace the opener, said they would only give us $40 credit for the previous trip.  We paid more than that for George and happily so.  His price was still at or below others, and no way the service could have been better.

"Cobra Painting was very professional. We had a quote from another person who had done work for us before but had to drop out. I contacted Ron from from Cobra Painting and he and Larry came over the next day a Friday, to see the the room and received a quote as promised, on Monday. We, accepted and they came that Friday and completed the job in one day. They caulked both windows put made the base board flush with the wall that was to be papered. The also called all the nail holes in the wood work and sanded. They did a great job putting up the wallpaper and the painting. I am very particular about pattern matching and the wallpaper looks great. The cleaned up after themselves and left the floor cleaner than the found it."

"Roldolfo responded very quickly and was able to accommodate our immediate timeline. He was always on time, very friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. His skim-coating around two newly installed windows was terrific, and he was kind enough to repair a few additional anchor holes we added after he had begun. That being said, my husband and I fixed several deficiencies with the painting we only noticed after he had left. In a few places, it looked like only one coat of paint was used on the walls and the trim, as a few spotty areas still showed some of the plain white primer underneath – as if the rollers were not sufficiently loaded with paint. It produced a slightly splotchy, uneven appearance close up. We touched up some drips on the radiators too. Once we added another coat of paint ourselves, in specific places, it looks beautiful. My husband and I wanted the job finished ASAP so we could put all the furniture back, so we did it ourselves...although based on his responsiveness Rodolfo would likely have offered to fix the problem areas if we had requested it. Personally I would not hire them again, but if you need a job done very quickly, he’s capable."

He was also very responsive to questions and scheduling. Along with painting, he was able to replace rotted window moulding and other minor construction work as part of the prep process. We agreed on a price and he was able to start in a few weeks. His team was very friendly, incredibly hard working and did a fantastic job. I?d also like to note that they did a tremendous job cleaning the work area after each day of work. I highly recommend Souza painting.
