"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

Ralph and Cade showed up on time and did an AWESOME job of thoroughly cleaning all of the windows, glass doors, and associated screens and sills, for an extremely reasonable price (about $10 per window).. Ralph and Cade also fixed a number of issues that came up during their visit. Several of the windows were difficult to remove because of a defective part that the original installer had never called to my attention when I had the windows replaced several years ago. Ralph identified the cause of the problem and explained what was needed to replace a small bent part. He was also able to troubleshoot a different window that wouldn't stay open and fixed that as well. And re-attach a blind that had fallen down when I was raising all of the blinds before they arrived. I would definitely hire Ralph and Cade again and can't recommend their work highly enough. They are knowledgeable, willing to go the extra distance to ensure a good result, and a pleasure to work with."
