"Despite the fact the door to was functioning almost perfectly at the time of inspection. George adjusted spring to give more lift power so that the door opener would not stall at 12" off the ground. He oiled and inspected all track and roller components and made the lift and close smoother than before. Detail oriented and knowledgeable George worked quickly and efficiently. He had other prior jobs that ran long that day so he could not arrive at the initial appointed time, however he stayed in communication until his arrival. "He did such an amazing job painting my sunroom! I did not expect it to come out looking so great! I bought the AngiesList deal for $200 to have him come out and do the walls, but he did the window trim and baseboars for an extra $150, and boy was it worth it. I am so impressed. The only issue I have now is needing to have the ugly 70 year old windows replaced! I will absolutely hire him again. Very professional, kind guy.
