"Beantown was great to work with. They are responsive, polite, organized, neat, and they do great work. After dropping off the dumpster, they replaced the roof on my Dutch Colonial house in one day. After the roof was finished two other teams came in to replace all of the siding and rebuild the front portico and side deck and also add a deck extension. See also my review under Roof replacement SIDING and DECKS_and_PORCHES."
Home exterior makeover. New roof using Owens Corning Trudefinition Duration in Onyx Black. New vinyl siding with Certainteed Monogram in Midnight Blue with White trim. New deck in AZEK Island Oak decking. New Harvey slider. New Thermatru doors.
Deck Upgrade in Halifax, MA. Old deck boards were removed and new AZEK decking in Island Oak with Premier White railings were installed.

Final photo. We stripped the existing roof and removed the heat wire. We inspected the roof deck for rotted wood and replaced. Next we installed Owens Corning Roofing System including Trudefinition Duration Shingles in Onyx Black. Heat wire was reinstalled.
Stripped existing siding and replaced any rotted wood. Installed Henry Blueskin water barrier underlayment. Next we installed James Hardie fiber cement smooth plank siding in Monterey Taupe. New homeowner painted PVC rake boards and fascia were also installed along with new gutters in Eggshell.

"United Home was excellent.  They are very professional and really know what to do.  Our roof had been done by a builder iin 2007 and we had leaks and mold issue.  United stripped the roof, took off all plywood with mold and put new roof on.  They were very quick and were wonderful.  In my opinion there is no one better.  Their knowledge about all products, be it roofing, or siding or windows, etc. is exceptional. "
